Tous les exercices se rejoignent et apportent de l\u2019\u00e9quilibre, de l\u2019harmonie et de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie.<br>La dur\u00e9e d&rsquo;une s\u00e9ance est entre 1h et 1h30<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qui peut pratiquer le Yoga?<\/strong><br>Tout le monde peut pratiquer le yoga.<br>La s\u00e9ance peut \u00eatre adapt\u00e9e en fonction du profil de la personne (enfant, personnages \u00e2g\u00e9es, personnes handicap\u00e9es, femmes enceintes&#8230;<br>Un certificat m\u00e9dical de non contre-indication \u00e0 la pratique yoga sera demand\u00e9.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Qu&rsquo;est ce que le Yoga ?
